Agreement & Conditions

  1. For a monthly fee of R 5,000, I provide professional advisory support on ISO 9001 matters, including audit preparation, shop floor quality techniques, statistics, audit findings/non-conformities, and corrective actions. I also assist with corrective actions relating to customer complaints and support the annual management review process.
  2. All advice is provided in good faith and is based on professional experience. Guidance is intended to support informed decision-making, and I cannot be held liable for business outcomes resulting from implementation.
  3. Communication and support will be provided via email.
  4. Please note that I am not available during December and January, or on weekends and public holidays.
  5. Standard response time is within two (2) working days.
  6. Cancellations require at least two (2) working days’ written notice.
